Do I need an NFC card to use MY-Card?

No — every card works instantly via QR code and shareable link. NFC is an optional accessory: write your card link to any blank NTAG213/215 NFC card or sticker and people can tap their phone to open it.

How does the AI paper-card scanner work?

Snap a photo of any paper card — the AI extracts name, phone, email, company, role and address, then pre-fills a new digital card in seconds. Pro gets 50 scans/month, Team 200, Lifetime 500. Scanning is a paid-plan feature.

Is my data safe?

You own your card and can delete it any time. We never sell your data or share your contacts with third parties.

Team plan — how does it work?

Your organisation buys seats. Each member gets a separate work card with your name, logo and their designation — their personal card stays their own. Admins invite, suspend or remove members, see team analytics and every change in an activity log.

What happens to my card if I stop paying?

After the renewal date you get a 7-day grace period; then the card goes offline. Nothing is deleted — renew at the normal price and it comes back exactly as it was.

What if I want a refund?

14-day money-back guarantee on Pro and Lifetime. Email us — refund fires within 3 working days.
